Founded in 1928, TST-CF Express provides LTL service within Canada from 23 locations and between Canada and the U.S. through its strategic partnership with Saia LTL Freight.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Work with Pricing, Operations and other departments to resolve payment disputes
Generate and issue customer invoices and statements.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Perform account reconciliations
Maintain customer files and records
Process customer credit card payments
Qualifications Required
College Diploma, or suitable equivalent
Previous work experience in collections, customer service, or related fields
Previous work experience in trucking/transportation an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient math skills
Working Hours: 8:30 to 16:30, (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
