We have recently become aware that our business names (TST-CF Express, TST Solutions and TST Overland Express) and logos are being unlawfully used by fraudsters on various online marketplaces, such as Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji etc. These individuals are falsely impersonating us and selling products – mainly vehicles and other related goods – under our business names.

Also, we have been made aware that fraudsters are falsely claiming that our company is acting as an escrow agent for their transactions or that we are facilitating the sale and/or involved in the transportation of these goods.

We unequivocally declare that TST-CF Express, TST Solutions, and TST Overland Express, along with their affiliates and sister companies, have no affiliations with these fraudulent listings. We do not sell vehicles or any goods, do not offer escrow agent services, nor do we participate in any such fraudulent transactions.

If you encounter any suspicious activity involving our company names and logos, or if a seller falsely claims that we are involved in escrow transactions, hold funds on behalf of anyone, or participate in the sale and/or transportation of these goods, please do not proceed with the transaction. Instead, report the fraudulent listing directly on the online marketplace platform and to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/index-eng.htm

Below is a non-exhaustive list of what you should watch out for and how to protect yourself.

 What to watch out for:

• Unfamiliar websites or marketplaces you have not heard of before.
• Urgent tactics, scare tactics, or scripted stories used in the sales message.
• Extremely low prices that seem too good to be true.
• Request for personal information or payment details.

How to protect yourself:

• Always verify the seller’s profile. Genuine sellers often have a long history of selling, positive reviews, and detailed contact information.
• Avoid direct bank transfers or sending money through untraceable methods.
• Do not enter your personal or financial information on websites you don’t trust.
