Certificate of Origin - NAFTA
A NAFTA Certificate of Origin is required for merchandise coming from or going to any of the three NAFTA countries (U.S., Canada and Mexico) to be eligible for preferential duty treatment (free or reduced rates).
Certificate of Origin - NON NAFTA
If the shipment was manufactured outside the U.S. or Canada, use a non-NAFTA Certificate of Origin.
Invoice
The seller's invoice to the importer clearly defining the type of goods, quantity, price of each type and terms of sale.
